This is an addendum to my previous post. I thought I'd add a picture. Im 5'4", 123lbs. I really want to trim down the inner thighs because I'm tired of them rubbing together so much. I exercise often and eat well, this is always been a problem areas for me. I'm just concerned because I've been told the inner thighs don't do well with lipo and I don't want an outcome I'm not happy with. Would cool sculpture be a better choice?

Answer: Medial thighs In your case, Coolsculpting would be a great choice for you since you are already fit and just have a pocket of fat that you would like to get rid of. You could always do liposuction but then you would have surgery center, anesthesia fees and worse, more bruising and a garment. Coolsculpting should be able to give you a natural reduction that you are looking for. Best of luck to you!

Answer: CoolSculpting Inner Thighs CoolSculpting could be a good option for your inner thighs, but it is best to see a provider to see if you are definitely a candidate for the procedure. CoolSculpting is a great option because it offers little to no downtime after the procedure, with no needles, cutting, or anesthesia. Also, you can always try CoolSculpting first and see if you are happy with the results before considering any surgical options. It is best to have a consultation before making any final decisions.
