Lip lift, Botox lip flip, or rhinoplasty?

Question

Hi, I prefer a natural look and don't want larger lips (I prefer smaller lips/mouth), but I feel as though my philtrum is too long and I would appear more attractive if it looked shorter. I have some tooth-show when opening my mouth. Does that rule out a lip lift? How about Botox to flip the lip? No fillers...I dislike large lips. Or a rhinoplasty to lengthen the nose? Any other options? I'm hoping to use your feedback as a first step to figure out what consultations to pursue. Thanks!

If you do not want the volume of your lips to increase then I recommend a lip lift. The length of your upper lip occupied by the non-cutaneous lip should be 25%; from your photographs you appear to be near 15%. If performed correctly a lip lift will enhance the aesthetics of your upper lip without increasing the size.

Dear beachyb,
I typically use Juvederm for my lip sculpting. There are two main focuses of lip injections, adding volume and actually sculpting the shape. Both involve injecting the filler in different areas of the lips and patterns.
 
 I would recommend finding a plastic surgeon to perform you lip injections. Most of my patients have results that last at least 6 months.
