my lower lips shape were beautiful but in few years my lower lip is getting down day by day
Answer: Lip lift Great question! I receive this question often and their is a technique (Valentine) that is used to turn the lip up. You can also use a little Botox in the Lateral Commissure to help lift as well. Your lips have great volume overall and a lip lift is all you need. Hope this helps.

Answer: Valentine Lip Lift Thank you for your question and picture. You definitely have lovely volume in the lips, however a lip lift could be used for a solution to the downturn. You would benefit from a corner lip lift (valentine lift). This will help. I can see that you have good fullness of the lips, however they are turning downwards and benefit with a little cosmetic surgery. With the valentine lift, this addresses the corner of the lip. This can be combined with a number of techniques for full mouth rejuvenation. It might be that the depressor muscle is pulling the corner of the mouth down and this may require releasing in part to allow less of a downward turn on the corner of the mouth. Please make sure you find a reputable and qualified plastic surgeon

Answer: Lower lips Thanks for your question and photos. There are three types of corner lip lifts, each of which provide their own idiosyncratic benefits. The noninvasive route would be fillers plus or minus a neuromodulator such as Botox® into the depressor anguli oris muscle. This treatment route is good for mild cases. However, corner lip ptosis progresses with age. A traditional corner lip lift will elevate the drooping corners of your mouth while at the same time, help eradicate the small fold (marionette fold) that originates from the corner. The surgery can be performed under local anesthesia and results are subtle yet dramatic. The DAO release is performed within the mouth but is a less effective treatment option than a traditional corner lift (the effects of which can be predicted by injecting Botox ® into the aforementioned muscle). A medial corner lip lift is one which elevates the corners of the mouth, lessens the marionette folds and also can directly reshape the lateral vermillion. It is essentially a "magic trick". Results are permanent, subtle and yet, as mentioned, very dramatic.
