How can I lighten the hemosiderin stain on my cheeks after tear trough filler? (Photo)

daisymoon
I want to get back to the routine of using the Exuviance peel I love with a 25% blend of Glycolic acid Mandelic acid and Arginine. It was very effective on my skin to lighten hyperpigmentation and shrink my pore size. only a few days ago started recovering from swelling and bruising I had from under eye fillers two weeks ago. I avoid my under eye area when applying the peel but didnt want to aggravate or irritate the hemosiderin staining on my cheeks. When can I start using the peel again?
