Yes, you should be able to have fillers. Just disclose your medical history to your practitioner. It will take 1-2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.
Make sure to disclose your medical history to your provider during the consultation to make sure there are no issues between the mediations and the fillers. Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
You should be OK. Make sure you review your medication list with your provider whom is planning to do the injections to make sure they don't have any recommendations. Warm regards.
There should be no interaction between the Botox , medications and filler injections. I would not worry about getting filler injections.
There was a recent report that looked at 46 people on Lamictal who got botox. The main drug interactions included nausea, blurred vision, vomiting, dizziness and trouble swallowing. If you have been getting Botox and haven't experienced any of these then that is fantastic. Just be aware that there is that potential. As for dermal fillers, I would advise you to stick with dermal fillers that have hyaluronic acid in them as they can be removed if any reaction occurs. The bigger issue would be with the lidocaine that is in most fillers. That said, there is nothing in the literature that suggests that you cannot have dermal fillers.Get your cheeks augmented and put on a big smile as there is nothing better for self esteem than liking how you look!
There should be no issue with you receiving dermal fillers along with Botox. Taking Lamictal is not an issue either.
Hello! There should be no interaction between the medications you are taking and dermal fillers. Make sure you seek a practitioner that is skilled in dermal fillers and you should be fine.Best of Luck!Glow Med Spa Encino
You should have no problems with dermal fillers to cheeks while taking lamictal. Now--if you get needle phobic and pass out because during treatment that can rarely lead to seizing, but you are already on treatment. I don't expect that you would have any issues.Best of luck,Dr. Amy
Hi. There should not be any interaction between the Lamictal and fillers or Botox. The fillers are made out of hyaluronic acid, a substance found in our body. Further the filler does not enter the blood stream and interact with the bodies chemistry in the way medication do. Have a consultation with a Board Certified doctor to get the best plan for you. Thank you for your question. You are 30-years-old, and had cheek filler injection, which you say was overdone. You are asking if the filler will make your skin sag if it is removed. I can certainly help guide you with this question, even without a photo for reference, and without the benefit of...
Fillers can be partially reduced with some lasers, such as Fraxel, if they are used within 1-2 months of having the filler treatment. This doesn’t always work but might help. Also, you might be allergic to Vitrase but may he able to have Hylenex since that hyalironidase is not from animals.
Hi @mememe12. Thank you for sharing your photos. You would be a great candidate for tear trough fillers. Restylane and Belotero work great. I recommend seeking treatments from expert injectors who have the skill and experience to precisely inject fillers into treatment areas and avoid risks...
