Do my knees look TOO swollen? Just had BBL (lipo from stomach, arms and inner thighs).

The Lipo of the inner thighs was of the upper half- not anywhere near the knees. Day 4 post op. I understand some swelling is normal but I'm only 119lbs. I've been ambulating as much as possible, am wearing compression socks and rotating ankles often.
