I feel like my before was firm and round than my after. Will it get any better by 3 months or it's going to be this flat and saggy throughout. I don't even look like I had bbl. I've been wearing my compression garment since surgery. I feel so disappointed. My surgeon says to wait 3 months. Could there be any changes from now to 3 months etc. Please help me to understand what's happening to my butt. Thank you

Answer: Why does my butt looks so flat and saggy 7 weeks after BBL? We know that after fat transfer with a BBL that is standard for fat volume to go away for 3 to 6 months after surgery. This means your booty will be the biggest it is going to be immediately post op then shrink slowly for 3-6 months. The majority of the volume loss occurs in the first 4-6 weeks after surgery then more slowly up to 6 months. The volume of fat lost is ~30-50%. Some surgeons also inject a lot of "fluid" with their fat and therefore more can be lost. Unfortunately, your booty will continue to change from now to the 3 months mark but now in the way you are wanting. It is going to get smaller not bigger. From the one view that you gave us in your photos, the overall shape is not much of an improvement. Obviously, none of us were there when you shared your expectations with your PS and when they informed you of what is realistic in their hands. The areas of liposuction look dramatically different but the overall shape of your buttocks is not as round as most desire. Give things time to settle in (at least 6 months) then you can consider a revision if you have fat left on your body for harvest.
