What are the risks and benefits of medial epicanthoplasty? (photo)

I just learned about medial epicanthoplasty and am thinking about getting it with my nose job. I have naturally double eyelids and a tall nose but my eyes have always been kind of small I’m comparison to all the other features of my face. I am also hoping to get a nose job to fix my breathing problems and wondered if I should also do an eyelid surgery while I’m at it. I want it as natural as possible but would like to open up my eyes even more.
