Double eyelid suture method not satisfactory and want a reversal. What can I do to reverse it? (Photo)

The removal of the suture is not straight forward. It is buried and needs to be dissected to remove it. There is also scar tissue created with the passage of the suture. That means that even with the removal of all or part of the suture, the scar holding the fold may not release. That would leave you with a fold, a partial fold, or some rudimentary scaring in the eyelid. Open surgery is needed to control the upper eyelid platform skin.

It is possible to revise your eyelids if needed, however, given it has only been one month since your surgery, I recommend waiting at least 3-6 months for all the swelling to resolve and reevaluating your eyelids first before deciding to undergo revision surgery. I recommend seeing a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon who is experienced in Asian Upper Blepharoplasty to evaluate your eyes.
