Why did the corner of left eye change in size/shape as if pulled inwards and downwards after revision double eyelid?

I had revision double eyelid 3x w/ same doc. Not only are my eyes still asymmetrical, inner corner of L eye now pulls inwards & downwards as if stretched out. Now L eye is longer than R. eye. Doc. first said it was like that before, which is NOT true. See before pics. L inner used to be rounder & not as long. Then, he said he doesn't know why it happened. The inner eye doesn't just stretch out. It looks abnormal & it changed BECAUSE of surgery. What did this doctor do & how can this be fixed?

In my consent, I identify undisclosed or undiscussed concerns as a risk to surgery. It is very hard to anticipate all changes that can and will occur with surgery. This issue that you correctly identify would be an example of this. Overall, I believe you have had an excellent double fold result. Try to resolve the changing in the epicanthal fold is high risk. I strongly advise you not to mess with this. You risk a result that is more unsatisfactory than the subtle change you are aware of. Aesthetically this medial aspect of the fold works even if you did not anticipate precisely this configuration. Don't let better be the enemy of very good.
