I had revision double eyelid 3x w/ same doc. Not only are my eyes still asymmetrical, inner corner of L eye now pulls inwards & downwards as if stretched out. Now L eye is longer than R. eye. Doc. first said it was like that before, which is NOT true. See before pics. L inner used to be rounder & not as long. Then, he said he doesn't know why it happened. The inner eye doesn't just stretch out. It looks abnormal & it changed BECAUSE of surgery. What did this doctor do & how can this be fixed?

Over rotated eyelash happens when you suture the levator muscle and skin at different level. It is hard to lower the lid margin once scar tissue settled. Because you had surgery over 5 years ago and I believe the scar tissue should have been fixated to the adjacent structure. But sometimes...
Even though there exist scar but revision surgery can be done. But you have to wait until scar softens and it usually takes about 4-6 months after initial surgery.
