Indented scar from shave biopsy on cheek bone; considering scar revision surgery, advice? (photos)

 Wait at least another six months and if it is not improving it needs to be surgically excised because it is too wide. It is difficult to see if the scar is that wide or is it just the redness since the redness may fade. Do not waste your money on anything else because if it is this wide it will be best done With excision.

This can be improved with a vascular laser like yellow laser or excel V with subcision for texture and blending. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Based on your photos it is difficult to evaluate the scar and see the exact color / depth / texture.
In general, for small scars like yours on a convex area like cheeks, you might benefit from micro needling to make it less deep and laser or topical treatment to lighten the color. Surgical scar revision is always an option but you are trading it for a linear scar and healing of the scar depends not just on your surgeon's skills but also your skin tone and genetics.
Highly recommend seeing a plastic surgeon for a physical exam as there are several option available.
