How much increase in volume can be achieved with Sculptra injected into the butt?

Hi Jaydee,12 vials of Sculptra in a 4 inch diameter cirlce is excessive.  The amount of collagen produced by an individual varies so it is difficult to give you an accurate answer on the amount of projection that you will achieve.  I would advise dividing the number of vials of Sculptra over multiple sessions over time until you reach your desired goals.  Good luck and be well.Dr. P

Without an in-person examination it's hard to completely answer your question, but 24 vials of Sculptra for the area you describe sounds like a lot. I usually start with 10 vials total and take it from there. It's important to understand that Sculptra results develop slowly over the course of 3-6 months. Multiple sessions are needed, and results will never be as dramatic as a Brazilian Butt Lift. Injecting too much into one area or at an improper dilution can lead to overvolumization and nodule formation which usually cannot be reversed.
