I think you could get considerable improvement and refinement in your nose, especially in narrowing the nostrils.  However, I hesitate to say that it would end up looking exactly like Megan Fox.

It is possible to achieve a nose with a higher bridge, refined tip and narrower base. Your skin thickness is more than Megan Fox's but you can still have a nose more like that than yours. However, you should see a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who does natural looking AA noses and not the overdone look. jThe surgeon's results tell you what you will be getting! Do not rely on imaging.

Hello,You would benefit from a diced cartilage graft on your nasal bridge to raise it and lengthen the nose. Additionally, tip modifications could also be made using grafted cartilage to provide a soft fullness. Finally, alar base reduction to reduce nostril flare would be appropriate and give you a more Caucasian nose. Best of luck!

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. In my opinion, you are a good candidate for alar reduction surgery. In case of alar reduction procedure, it includes narrowing the alar cartilages and reducing fatty tissue for a slim nasal tip. Also, your bridge is slightly deviated, it can be corrected by deviated correction surgery. This surgical method can be determined by the extent of deviation. If the extent of the deviation is slight, then it can be corrected by inserting an implant. Otherwise, if the extent of the deviation is severe then complete correction would possible to be operated when corrective surgery that cuts and transfers the nasal bone along with correction of the deviation of nasal septum must be carried out integrity. You appear to be a good candidate for a very pleasing, much more refined look with a well done rhinoplasty. It actually would require grafting for more support/shape. The photo(s) of your desired nose(s) should be shown to your surgeon so he/she can have a focused discussion with you about which specific features can be mimicked and which ones may be less achievable. Ultimately, it is YOUR nose on YOUR face so even though not a "Fox" nose, it may be "Fox-y".

 It is impossible to give someone a completely different nose ethnicity. Rhinoplasty surgeons must use the existing  cartilage and bone to  make changes. Thick skin will be a significant impediment to seeing a very refined result of the tip of the nose. Computer imaging performed in an office setting would be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with a rhinoplasty procedure on YOUR nose.

African American and Ethnic Rhinoplasty is a highly specialized subspecialty in plastic surgery. New techniques have been developed over the past 15 years to address cosmetic concerns for this subgroup of patients. Seek an opinion from a surgeon who performs many of these many African American or Ethnic rhinoplasty.
