What is the cost of tip Rhinoplasty under local anesthesia?

I am look for a doctor to perform tip rhinoplasty only. The problem I have with my nose are exposed nostrils and a high tip. I would like to have the nostrils lowered so that they're not as visible and narrowed. As for the tip, I just want it to be projected more straightforward than up. I hope I am being realistic in what my expectations are. Is this possible at all?

Your photos are helpful, and you have some great structure to work with.  In order to give you a proper diagnosis, we would require an in-office examination.  In terms of the outcome you desire with regards to the nostril and tip, our office would only perform this surgery under general anesthesia due to the procedures that would need to occur to give you these desired results.   The most important thing is to remember, when selecting a surgeon in your area, make sure he/she is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.

Hello and thanks for the question. You have a lovely nose. Additional photos and, of course, an in-person examination would be useful to help determine your needs The goals that you wish to achieve are possible. You might require resection  of a portion of the lower part of your septum, a septoplasty, the use of cartilage grafts to your columella and nasal tip for projection and lateral crural strut grafts to lower the nostrils for minimized "nostril show". These maneuvers would require general anesthesia. My suggestions, however, are based upon a single photo and your question.
