Hello, Im a 41 year old male who had Gynecomastia surgery 4 months ago. I have an upcoming visit with my surgeon and honestly, I dont know what to ask other than Im a little disappointed. I had full gland removal and liposuction and as per doctors orders, work out and losing weight. I expect there to be some improvement but Im also coming to terms with the fact that this is my 95% outcome. Looking for guidance from the experts as my surgeon last time mentioned there will always be craters and my nipple/skin fold is from stretched skin. Should I consider a revision with my surgeon? Any specific questions I should ask? Also, what is the weird chord running down? I have it on both sides and my surgeon says hes never seen them. They appeared after surgery.
I am 27 years old and started developing pseudogynecomastia since I was 15. A plastic surgeon recommended me to do skin excisions, on one side along with nipple graft and gland removal and only liposuction on the other side without removing the gland. What do you think should I do to achieve symmetry and normal looking chest.
Hi All, I'm curious what to do as I have an indent in my left nipple right around the area that I had stitches done, and just overall the nipple area is indented. Even though I regret it, I insisted on having more Kenalog injections in that nipple because it's still sort of poked out (barely). Long story short I had more done and even though you can't see it in this picture very much, it's very indented I'm curious as to how this can be fixed or if it will eventually go away. ~1.5mg kenalog 40
Hello, in my recent gynecomastia surgery, too much tissue was removed behind the nipples (leaving indents), and under one pec, giving it a triangle shape instead of round when looking from the side. I have attached photos. Is this issue normally fixed through revision surgery, or will it somehow fill out with time.

I was fat and had gyno surgery when i was younger. Ive since gotten fit but my nipple position is off. It sits below my chest, how do i correct this. Ive seen donut lifts and areola looks so stretched and awful that idk if its worthwhile to do or if im better off living with it as is. Any suggestions?
As long as I can remember I've had puffy nipples. It's been something I've asked my parents and physician about, and they're both dismissive, the physician said, Just do more push-ups despite my working out consistently for 3 years. I'm aware that it may not be as extreme as other cases, but I'm still not confident taking my shirt off or wearing certain types of fabrics because of how my nipples look.
i had a consult with a plastic surgeon yesterday and he said that the gland under my nipples is very small. And that evey man has a little bit of gland and its not gynecomastia. You cant feel it unless i contract my muscles. And its about the size of the peanut. But its still the cause for my puffy nipples, because i have no fat. So i dont know what to do. Isit still gynecomastia but just a very mild case. and i need to only have a very small amount removed. Ive had it for 6 years now.
When I went through puberty (23 now), I seemed to have suffered some gyno (I believe thats the correct term). My nipples are puffier and larger than most men. I work out daily and have a good build, but the larger nipples lowers my self esteem. Is there a surgery to fix this? If so what is the average cost? What type of doctor would I go see? And what is the average recovery time? Thanks, Dan
I had gynecomastia surgery about 15 years ago and everything was fine up to about a4 years ago. Now my nipples are extremely uneven and my left side is bigger than the other. Is it possible it grew back just only in one side? Also why is going on with my nipples? physically it feels like one side is normal and the other side is sunken in or indented.
