I had a gynocomastia mastectomy with liposuction 6 months ago, currently I have constantly been second guessing whether I still have some tissue, scar tissue or loose skin as whilst I dont have the best posture due to years of living with gyno, the nipple still protrudes and looks puffy, although when I raise my arms they appear flat
I am 1-week post op from gynecomastia surgery. My right pec appears to substantially bigger and is starting to worry me that it will in fact remain so. I realize that is not uncommon for swelling to be unilateral but from what I can see the swelling has already reduced to where I expect it will stay. I am not quite sure how to identify what is scar tissue, and I am obviously still bruised and tender . When should somebody start massaging the area ? When will I be able to see the final result?
I had a tethered scar from a gynecomastia surgery and I had my surgeon treat it by numbing the area and then using needles to untether it. It helped a bit and its still a bit better but Its mostly still tethered, Im assuming because of new scar tissue that is forming as a result of trying to unthether it. Id say its 40% better. Do you think I should just Keep getting it untethered until it gets better each time? Any other options of tips? Thanks! I do have pics if needed.
I had gynecomastia surgery 6 months ago and I still have a lump on one side that I believe is scar tissue. I have recently started massaging again after I did not for months. After I massage it to break it up it typically swells up and my breast looks swollen. Is that normal?
Hi there, Since high school, I've always had an issue where my nipples would be poking through every shirt I wear. The surgeon evaluated me today at the consult and said I was a very minor case, with about 5-10g worth of tissue on each side. Would this surgery help flatten my nipples? Or would this procedure be risky and cause more puffiness than what I currently have due to scar tissue buildup?
I had a gynecomastia revision surgery recently. After the surgery, I was told that my condition is caused by mostly scar tissue from previous surgery, and not breast tissues. Nothing much can be done. 1. Is this true? 2. Are there any ways or scans that can differentiate between scar tissues and breast tissues?
I had a rare gynecomastia type.i had both gland tissue and liposuction 7months ago.my doctor said he removed all the gland behind the nipple, but i still feeling some mass and as you see the areola is still puffy and in addition, the right nipple has a deformation. Is it possible that this is scar tissue?
Hello and thanks for your time, I ve had gyno surgery 10 years ago to remove the glands due to pain after taking anabolic steroids. I am not sure if all of it was removed (if its even possible) but i could always feel a small lump above the nipple to the left. First of all does that sound like scar tissue or gland leftover? i ve been on trt for 2 years and after adding hcg that dreaded pain came back along with nipple sensitivity. Will nolvadex fix it?
Age 33. In great shape. exercise and weight train regulary. roughly 10-12% body fat. Chest still looks puffy after 1 year post surgery. Can feel tissue on both sides that is not muscle or fat. Left side is more visible from upper view looking down. right side is visible from both front & upper view. Right side cones out and looks puffy going into lower armpit area. Left side make chest look fuller and tissue appears to be bulkier located on the inner side of nipple.
