I have one hooded and one “normal” eye, should I get eyelid surgery or Botox over my eyebrow to lift? (Photos)

This is upper eyelid ptosis with fairly symmetric eyebrows. There are eye drops that can temporarily lift the eyelid but are not a real or practical solution long-term. Surgical treatment of eyelid ptosis is the best way to go about it.

Thank you for sharing your question and photos. You do appear to have true eyelid ptosis of the right eyelid compared to the left. Although you can certainly try Botox injections, I don’t believe this asymmetry will be corrected unless you consider a unilateral upper blepharoplasty. For more information about this surgery, I recommend consulting with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon. He/she will be able to give you the information you need in order to make the best decision regarding your treatment. Ultimately, I think you will need to consider surgery for a permanent solution. Thank you for the picture and your question. It appears that you have ptosis of the upper eyelids, which is mild on the right and significant on the left. Please see an occuloplastic surgeon for repair. Take care.
