I searched for 2 years for a Doctor that did a Natural looking Vertical face and necklift. I interviewed from Los Angeles to New York! When I first went to meet Dr. Roberts (since he touted scarless facelift on his website) he turned me down. This was shocking after so many were ready to do surgery. He said my skin wasn’t loose enough quite yet. I kept interviewing for a year and something told me to try him one last time. He finally said yes. I knew he was the one intuitively. Boy was I right! The surgery went fine. I felt fine right after and even made a smoothie! Since I live in L.A., I spent a week at an Airbnb healing. I took pain pills for 2 days and nothing after that. On day 6 I got my stitches out and got on a plane back home. I honestly could have worn my hair up at that point since there were no obvious incisions to even see! I am now 2 months out and so crazy about my results! I’m 56 years old and have been carded 3 times buying wine at the grocery store. Also have 30 something year old guys hitting on me lol. This man is beyond talented with the lifting and the scar management. It’s crazy there is just nothing to see! I’m so happy! I can’t recommend him enough!

Cannot thank him enough for changing my life for the better. Dr. Roberts is honest and upfront about what he’s willing to achieve for you, he made sure we were on the same page and that I was a good candidate. He will let you know what will look good for your face and what is reasonable. The nurse and anesthesiologist made sure I was taken care of the whole time. The anesthesiologist has been doing it for 33 years, and Dr Roberts has over 22 years experience. I hope my review can help someone else make the right decision, because for me I did heavy research on the doctor and this type of procedure. It was my first time going under anesthesia and I had zero complications. Even with my cast on I can immediately see the results and improvement on my face. I can tell he performed the procedure very careful and skillfully because I had minimal and manageable bleeding drainage which is normal. Swelling did not kick until later the night after surgery and it is so far manageable. Zero pain. I had a question on the night after surgery and he picked up the phone and was communicative. The next day after procedure he checks your nose to make sure everything’s fine. Even with my swelling now and bruising I still cannot stop taking photographs of my side profile. I will update photos once cast is off. I will always recommend him to whoever, and he’s worth bragging about. I absolutely hated the nose that I was born with, and I feel like a new person because of Dr. Roberts. His results are immediate on my nose and I feel so excited to get this cast off in a few days. I finally look and feel amazing about myself and have confidence even while I’m healing!

Everything seems promising so far, I hope my smile can return by day 7.. So I feel kinda funny there. My procedure was 4/11, and I’m on the night of 4/13. It’s nice to finally turn to the side and not see a huge hump sticking out on my face. I just pray everything goes as expected with the healing process and cast removal. Pineapples has helped greatly with fading the bruises and keeping the swelling down.

Feeling and movement in upper lip is returning!!!!! Bruising is yellowing out on my face which is a sign that it’s at the last stage. Swelling has gone down thanks to pineapple juice! Got good rest but still tired. I can tell my body is doing its best to heal. My tip is still rotated up due to the cast and surgeon assured me it will drop after cast removal. All things seem normal at this point. I still can’t believe my nose hump is gone!

I felt great today. I felt like the past few days were the toughest now it’s only up from here. My bruises have turned very yellow. The swelling has went down significantly. Everything seems super promising, my nose tip looks so much better and I already love the shape of my nose. Trusting the process!

I am speechless. A rhinoplasty on top of getting hair and makeup done does wonders. 100% satisfied. Curious on how much more I’m going to fall in love as the healing continues! I’m so happy I chose this surgeon.

The last two years or so I've started to notice this "rounding" under my chin. At first it was only visible when I tried to make it visible by tucking my chin but as time went on I was clearly forming a " double chin". I thought lipo would be the solution but was turned away twice by surgeons who stated it was not fatal was just my genetic makeup. I never thought about a chin implant until I went to Dr. R oberts and he advised me this could give me the result I wanted with major facial surgery. I was never aware that I had no chin but it looked like that was the problem all along. The procedure was done without sedation. I was numbed extremly well. I absolutely felt nothing and drove myself home after. Results were noticed immediately!! The swelling started the next day and pain was moderate and achy for about two days. I'm currently 1week post, just had my stitches removed. I still have some swelling and the site feels numb and tender but this is all to be expected. Waiting for the grand finale!!!

I did try Kybella twice before even thinking of lipo but, it did nothing. It's possible it didn't work because it wasn't really fat that I was dealing with. I didn't learn this though until I started looking into chin implants

Dr. Roberts did my chin implant this spring and it has totally changed how I feel about my face (despite the fact that no one has been able to tell I have it). I was straight up terrified during my procedure (needle phobia) and everyone I dealt with helped me deal with my nerves. Healing took about 1.5 weeks for me to not feel self conscious about being in public, and I was able to get through it without taking any of my painkillers, just Tylenol. I can't even see my scar. I also had them do my lips and forehead botox and I will 100% be going back. Thank you Dr. Roberts and staff!

We always have a great experience with Dr Roberts, Lindsey and all the staff! Everyone us always friendly and inviting. Finally found someone that we feel comfortable in trusting with all our procedures.

I wanna start this off by saying that cosmetic surgery can be really scary and I’m someone that has never done it before my experience with Dr. Roberts.
I had previously had a consultation with another doctor and it did not go well and it put a bad taste in my mouth for a while. I finally got the courage to go to another consultation and I instantly liked Dr. Gregory Roberts, in Plano,TX. He (and his whole team) were so friendly and made me very comfortable. Ultimately, I had him do my rhinoplasty because we had the exact same vision for my face. I’m someone that the didn’t necessarily ’need’ a nose job and he recognized that, he even tried to talk me out of it. I explained to him that I could probably go the rest of my life without one and people wouldn’t treat me any differently, but for me, every time I saw a photo or my shadow or my reflection, I hated my nose.
Dr. Roberts walked me through every step of the process and we set up a day for my surgery. His staff communicated very well, texting me before my surgery to make sure I had all of the medicine I would need for after, they helped make sure I had a ride to and from surgery and my anesthesiologist even called me the night before to ask if I had any questions.
The day of surgery was honestly fun. I was so excited and the surgery took less time then they expected. I realize everyone experiences pain differently but (for me) the pain was almost a zero on a scale from 1-10.
I had a little trouble sleeping the first few nights (Dr. Roberts said this would happen), because I am not a mouth breather and this surgery forces you to be for a little while. I had hydrocodone prescribed to me for pain and I never even took one. My surgery was on a Wednesday and I took off of work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the following Monday - and I was back at work on Tuesday.
My time away from work honestly felt like a vacation. My fiancé and I watched movies and did puzzles the whole time. I did have a splint on my nose for the first 7 days but it didn’t hurt. It’s crazy how fast the body heals from this surgery.
The day I got my splint off, my nose was swollen and I my skin was super dry and peeling on my nose and I genuinely thought it looked funny. BUT I could tell the shape of the bridge of my nose looked better.
I had a 1 week checkup with the doctor to make sure everything had set well and that went great also, I found myself looking forward to the days that I got to go into Dr Roberts office because he and his staff are so genuine and friendly.
Thought the ENTIRE process his staff communicated wonderfully and made me very aware that if I had any questions I could call or text them.
I had a 1 month follow up and by this time my nose looked perfect, the swelling had gone down and I could breath well again. I also have a 4-month checkup (which hasn’t happened yet) and a 1-year checkup on my calendar.
All in all, I would recommend finding a doctor that you feel comfortable with, for me that was Dr. Roberts. I’ve had so many people compliment me, and even some close friends (that I didn’t mention the surgery too) told me that I look good but they couldn’t place what was different - THIS IS THE BEST COMPLIMENT YOU CAN GET AFTER COSMETIC SURGERY. They don’t think you’ve gone under the knife but they know something looks improved!
My self esteem has gone up - Im excited to take photos, I love my profile - I am a new me.

Dr. Roberts is a highly skilled yet very down to earth doctor. My experience while having a face lift couldn’t have been better!! I was super nervous about having the procedure and Dr. Roberts listened to all my concerns and answered every question I had. Before, during and after the surgery I felt so well cared for and treated with kindness. Dr. Roberts has his own techniques for not leaving large scars and now 5 months later, you can’t detect a scar anywhere. I highly recommend this doctor if you’re planning to have cosmetic surgery because he is a big step above other surgeons in this area. The proof is in the result and my family and friends think he rolled the clock back 15 years for me. I also have some other serious medical conditions causing me to be very careful about which doctor to select. Dr. Roberts training, experience and knowledge made me feel comfortable and safe. His staff couldn’t be nicer and so the complete package was perfect!!

I FINALLY DID IT! After years and years of looking for Doctors, I finally found one that was a perfect fit!! I chose Dr. Gregory Roberts in Plano Texas because he listened to what i had to say, and also offered medical advice for what i wanted, could have, and should avoid. Some doctors offer cookie cutter noses that dont always fit a persons specific facial shape, but during my first consultation, Dr. Roberts took the time to get up close and personal with mine to make sure my nose would fit me, and look 100% natural. He takes into consideration, your height (to avoid piggy nose), what you have to work with, and what could be reshaped. He also makes sure to put safety and health above aesthetic.
So initially my total cost was going to be $8,250(+ additional $850 for anesthesia) but i went for my consultation during a 20% off promotion, so that knocked it down to $6,600(+850 for anesthesia) BUT THEN! around 3 months after my consultation, i got a call saying there was an available spot open within the next week if I wanted to take it (They usually are booked full for like 2months at a time), and if I did, they would discount me an additional $500 for sudden scheduling! I was so ready for it, that I said YES! Bringing my cost down to $6,110 (+$850)
GUYS I SAVED $2,150!!
I do want do disclaim that you should never chose a doctor based on price. Always go with the one who listens to you, who takes time with you, and has the best experience, (and of course Board Certified), Its your body and face, so if it is a little more expensive than you expected, its because you're getting the best. I just got super lucky with this discount that I had to mention it.

So I was super nervous on Surgery day, anything that could go wrong was going through my head, but everybody at the facility was super comforting and soothing! Even the tone of their voices were so relaxing. They made small conversation with me that totally put me at ease. My nurse was so incredibly helpful that i continuously thanked her and had to hug for making me feel so comfortable.

They walked me into the operating room *in a fabulous gown* and layed me down with my legs elevated. I looked up at the lights trying to mentally prepare, but before i could, I was already out! *The anesthesia was through IV*

It felt like seconds had gone by from looking at the lights to waking up after the procedure! I couldnt believe it was already done! I was still super droopy, and barely remember going home, but my Bf vlogged all of it (Which we will post in about a month the whole experience)
Apparently i was singing the theme song to Jurassic Park, in my loopy state LOL

Okay so far these past few days have been super groggy. Luckily i work from home and its totally acceptable for me to walk around the house in a robe haha. The first night my bf pulled our mattress into the living room made me a little sleep pod (blankets, pillows, etc) That way i could sleep elevated and he could be near me 24/7. (yay) Day 1 post op, my bruising was heavily developed, but the swelling hadnt really made an appearance yet. We went to the 'day after' followup for a checkup and everybody was super nice. After they cleaned my nose up a little but We went home, and I just stayed in my pod all day. Day 2 and 3 the swelling showed up to the party and it was MASSIVE. My bf made jokes about me looking like a cartoon character because my eyes were so little and cheeks were humongous lol. Our friends definitely had a laugh. Day 4 has been the easiest so far, and I'm starting to feel like my old self again! Strutting around like normal and eating foods like its nobody's business lol. A FEW MORE DAYS TILL THE CAST COMES OFF!

So its been a couple of years and I just wanted to update! ill add better photos later, but here is the side view and angled view. So in love! Worth every penny. If anyone has any questions or anything at all, feel free to message me :)

Right off the bat I must say that it was worth it for me to undergo the chin implant surgery. I had a receded chin since I was a kid and now after the implant surgery I have a well-balanced chin. It has made a huge impact in my general well-being, confidence and in life. I could not have found a better experience than with Dr. Roberts and his able staff for this remarkable transformation.

I felt a huge sense of relief when Dr Roberts and his staff immediately identified with my condition upon initial consultation. They offered all the possible alternatives available and the pros and cons of each. I was able to look at the dummy implants as well and get a good sense of how it would turn out for me. Dr. Roberts laid an emphasis on the clarity of the end result which was critical to me as a patient. This laid to rest all the uncertainties and anxieties in my mind and I decided to go for the procedure and I am glad I did so.

With regards to financing the procedure, I was offered a variety of payment options that made it really affordable for me.

As far as the surgery itself and the pain management is concerned, I must say that Dr. Roberts and his staff coordinated it so very well that I could not have been more comfortable with it. The procedure was for couple of hours and I could not be happier with the treatment I received.

Dr. Roberts takes a great interest in achieving positive results from any procedure and it has been true for me. I have had regular post operation checkups where he and his staff made sure that the chin implant is producing the results that we originally intended. I am glad to say that it is and I am grateful to Dr. Roberts and his staff for the whole experience. I am loving my transformation.

I recently had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Dr. Roberts and his staff at Roberts Cosmetic Surgery in Plano, TX. I do not know where to begin to tell how positive my experience has been.
Dr. Roberts’s bedside manner is so laidback, but at the same time he is very concerned and serious about making sure his patients get exactly what they are looking for out of their procedures. He is a great listener and it was a no-brainer after meeting with him that he was the right choice for me. Also, Dr. Roberts staff was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, which I especially appreciated because facial surgery is a scary venture! From his receptionists, to his nurses, and even his anesthesiologist, I felt so at ease and secure.
Pre-op and post-op instructions were explicitly outlined and easy to understand, and I felt completely prepared for each step of the procedure and recovery time before my surgery.
My procedure went flawlessly, and I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the recovery was. I had very very minimal bruising and swelling (slight puffiness and yellow-colored bruising under eyes). Dr. Roberts was also easily available and willing to quickly answer any questions/concerns post-op.
Cast removal day was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Dr. Roberts couldn’t have done any better if I had photoshopped my nose myself, it’s exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Roberts Cosmetic Surgery to any friend/family/stranger that was looking for cosmetic work done. Dr. Roberts’s office provides a doctor and staff that you can trust to do amazing work and make you feel great throughout the entire process.
