What you need is a clinical examination. The photos demonstrate bilateral upper eyelid ptosis. The left upper eyelid is heavier than the right side. An in person clinical examination is needed to determine if this is the basis for the asymmetry.
It is natural to have some degree of asymmetry of the eyes in every person. This is sometimes due to differences in the bony skeleton, the soft tissue, or the eyelid and eyebrow positions. It is best to have an in-office examination to evaluate what exactly is causing the asymmetry to determine what options are available to safely improve the asymmetry between your eyes. Hello jaydwain97It appears that your right eye may be protruded. It’s hard to tell without a formal exam but it is subtle. This could be of no significance. If this is something new then a CAT scan of the eyes would be recommended. Many factors are involved in looking into why your eyes appear that way. The correction of this could be nonsurgical or surgical depending on what is desired. My suggestion is to seek out an expert Oculoplastic surgeon to discuss your best strategy. Hope this helps. Cheers
We allow patients to shower the day after eyelid surgery. I do tell them not to let the stream of water hit them directly in the surgical area. Just be careful drying the area and to be more delicate then normal.

Eye asymmetry can have many different causes that needs proper eye evaluation in consultation to determine. Treatment depends on the exact causes.
