I am interested in a procedure that will give my eyes more of a pulled look and make my eyes more almond shaped and catty than circular/round. Do I need an eye face lift or does an eyebrow lift give one this look? Help!

Certainly a temporal brow lift can lift the lateral part (outside) of your eye and brow to some degree. It will also unweight some of the heaviness of the outer eyelids and brow. It is unlikely to achieve the degree of change you desire though.A more noticeable change in the shape of the eyes can be achieved with a lateral canthopexy which lifts and anchors the outside of the eye higher on the rim of the eye socket. It is a procedure that is often done for laxity of the lower eyelid as it tightens it by pulling it up.Also augmenting your cheeks either with implants or fillers can better support and give 'lift' to the lower eyelid/cheek junction.

Brow lift will not do it. Canthoplasty +/- lower eyelid surgery is needed to create more almond shape eyes. The surgery is not for everyone. See link below for more detailed information.

Neither a browlift or a minifacelift will change the shape
of your eyes. A lateral canthopexy which repositions the lateral corner of your
eye would be effective.

Thank you for sharing your goals and the photos.  When looking at your photos, all I would recommend is elevation of your brow slightly. That would lighten the heaviness caused by your brow and enhance your eyes. This can be performed with neurotoxin (Botox or alternative) or through surgical intervention.  There are many determining factors and a consultation/full exam would help you come to the best decision based on those findings, age, budget, downtime, and other external circumstances. As for the shape of your eyes looking more like that in the picture, I don't think you are comparing apples with apples. First, she appears to be squinting or smiling which changes the shape (narrows the palpebral aperture). Another difference is that you have a little bit of rounding of the outer lower lid. This can be tightened and elevated through a lateral canthoplasty which can give you a narrower opening. However, an exam of the lower lid would be necessary to determine if you are a good candidate for that type of surgery. Overall, you have nice eyes. In general, I don't encourage my patients to try to change their eye shape unless there is excessive rounding, scleral show, or laxity.  My recommendation would be to try something non- invasive and easy to enhance your own look. Changing
the shape of the eyes can be difficult. 
A brow lift will lift the brow and can give a more youthful rejuvenated
appearance as it can help the eyes to appear more open.  Eyelid surgery can also help to give a more
youthful appearance by reducing sagging skin as well as removal of fat that can
create heaviness or bags under the eyes. 
Other procedures can help change the shape of the eyes, often performed by
changing the outside corners of the eye known as a canthopexy. This is most
commonly done to provide support to the lower eyelid but can also change the
shape and vector of the eyes to a more slanted appearance with an upward
angle.  A face lift per se does not
really change the eye shape; however, an extended face lift incision along the
temporal hairline can tighten the skin around the eyes and may help reduce the
outside lines known as crow’s feet.

Probably not. Brow and eyelid surgery cannot change the basic shape of your face and eyes. See a surgeon who is certified by the American Bosrd of Plastic Surgery.

The photographs you show above in the after section show a patient who has had make-up applied and specifically designed to increase the eyes appearance to an almond shape. This is done with the eyeshadow, dark liner and type of lashes applied. A browlift will open up the eyes and give some lateral lift however it will not directly change the shape of the eyes.
