If you have low, droopy eyebrows (right on the eyebrow bone for a woman) could it cause your eyes to look small and your nose to look big? What could be done to correct it for a long term option?

Answer: Browlift for droopy eyebrow A brow lift procedure is performed for patients who have low set eyebrows. In addition, asymmetrical eyebrows, can also be adjusted in addition to softening the scowling muscles of the forehead. The hairline must also be adjusted as well either upwards or downwards, depending upon the placement of the incision. For many examples of brow lifts, please see link below

Answer: Endoscopic Browlift to correct droopy eyebrows Dear mbp1234, When your brows drop below their natural (pre-aging) position this makes the patient look tired and reduces the space between the eyelid and the brow ridge. Endoscopic browlift is an excellent procedure to "open the eyes" with a nice natural looking appearance an no tell tale signs of surgery. The procedure is performed with an endoscope through small incisions in the hairline undermining down to the malar region where the skin and tissues are shifted back to their pre-aging position. The above video will give you a good idea of how this procedure provides a youthful appearance. For further review the link below has many examples of endoscopic browlift patients of varying ages and their before and after photographs. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
