Hello,It would be impossible to diagnose exactly what broke by a photo. Please come in for an in person evaluation to determine how to best straighten your nose and improve airflow.  That said, your injury could involve the nasal bones, the cartilaginous septum, or the perpendicular plate of the ethmoid.  General plastic surgeons who perform a lot of rhinoplasty surgery are just as capable as ENT and facial plastic surgeons at fixing this problem well.Best of luck!

Generally we try to reset nasal fractures within a week of the original injury.  This reduces the risk that the patient will need a much more extensive procedure six to twelve months later.The rhinoplasty should consider your breathing as well as repair of the nasal bones and any deviation of the septum.
