broke my nose 1 year ago the right side looks and feels as it got pushed in when I broke my nose the cartilage was completely out of place I had pressed back into place I saw it pop some what back into place now on the right side if I stick my pinky finger in my right nostril I can feel a little ball shaped bone popped in right where the cartilage ends and the bone start and the left nostril I can feel the same little bone but it is not popped in at all
