Cephalic Trim to Bulbous Nose. Any suggestions?

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the tip refinement. Cost varies by geogpahic region. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. Hello. If you have no issues or desires to change the shape of the hump, then a tip plasty can be performed to improve the shape of the nose. This can be done through a closed or endonasal approach by most rhinoplasty surgeons.

balanced result, it is very common to make very small changes to many different
parts of the nose - if you treat only one area, often (but not always) this can
lead to an unnatural result. Rhinoplasty is a complex operation and
requires a nuanced in-person discussion of your goals, as well as a physical

surgeon so your specific concerns can be gone over in detail, a physical exam
