Hyaluronic acid serum vs injection fillers?

Question

Will applying " hyaluronic acid serum pure ha" on the face and neck area twice per day give you the same results of filler injections ? "target" deep smile lines light wrinkles around eyes, light/ medium under eye pocket....If the serum isn't the right choice...What's the best longest lasting filler for my situation/targets. Also have large veins in my hands and wrist .....What's the longest lasting filler for that? Dont have body fat anywhere for fat injection to my hands..Plus does fat dissolves anyway?

Hyaluronic acid serums are great for adding hydration and mildly plumping your skin. However, the hyaluronic acid will not penetrate beneath the skin and add volume in the way that dermal fillers do. Serums will make your skin look brighter and smoother but will not fill in lines or folds. Dermal fillers are precisely placed with a cannula or needle and last 1-2 years in the tissue. With regard to your hands, Voluma and Radiesse both work very well for covering up skeletal or very thin hands. Topical hyaluronic acid serums doesn't have the same effect as injectable, if it did, nobody would get the injectable fillers.  Apply both topically and with injection give an improved apperance of wrinkles and fine lines.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Topical products will NOT produce any long term (actually more than few hours) effect.  The dark circles around eyes are usually due to hollowness. For that, direct filler injection the hollow area will be effective. See an oculoplastic specialist.

Sirius leave the only way to add volume is by injection not by placing filler on top of the skin. Whatever you call it serum makes no difference. It may slightly improve the appearance of the skin. Best augmentation for Hands is fat. it lasts forever and if you do not have enough then filler is your only other option.
