Will applying " hyaluronic acid serum pure ha" on the face and neck area twice per day give you the same results of filler injections ? "target" deep smile lines light wrinkles around eyes, light/ medium under eye pocket....If the serum isn't the right choice...What's the best longest lasting filler for my situation/targets. Also have large veins in my hands and wrist .....What's the longest lasting filler for that? Dont have body fat anywhere for fat injection to my hands..Plus does fat dissolves anyway?

With regard to your hands, Voluma and Radiesse both work very well for covering up skeletal or very thin hands. The dark circles around eyes are usually due to hollowness. For that, direct filler injection the hollow area will be effective. See an oculoplastic specialist.
