I do a significant amount of fat injections for patients who have lost weight. I suggest a formal cosmetic consultation with a facial rejuvenation expert. There is no reason you have to wait on any fillers. Best, Dr. Emer.
If your weight is stable (hasn't changed over past 1 month), then you are good to proceed with facial or eyelid filler injections.
Hi Kay. You can have fillers under your eyes regardless of what your weight is. We use Restylane under the eyes and you can see examples of our Los Angeles patient's before and after photos at the link below.
I'm not sure I understand as the date you mentioned 10/17/2015 has not come yet so I don't know when you had your surgery and how quickly you lost the weight. It would also be helpful to know your age and skin turgor but I don't see any problem with mid face or tear trough volume replacement with HA filler for temporary improvement until your weight stabilizes for at least 6 months and then you can discuss with your surgeon possible advantage of skin tightening by surgical and non-surgical means.

Facial liposcupture might be a good option for you. The Tumescent technique totally under local anesthesia.
Without looking at your nose I can't say if you are a good candidate for using filler. I feel that if it is done correctly and certain areas such as building up a low bridge is can be effective and lasts at least a year if not longer. My preference is an HA filler such as Perlane. It...
