I have a very thin face especially my lower face its thinner more than what I want. Is it possible to my case to reach the any close results to the picture I attached? Or i should go with fillers on the cheeks to get more natural and best results?

It is important to
evaluate the entire face to help create a plan that harmonizes the entire
face. This includes cheek and mid-face
augmentation when necessary.Regarding
the jawline, my first recommendation would be a custom jaw implant. A custom
jaw implant is designed using a CT scan of your jaw and we collaboratively design
the shape on a computer to fulfill your desires. A silicone implant created and is inserted to
fit perfectly to your underlying jawline. Injectable fillers such as volume and
Radiesse are temporary options that last between 1-2 years. You would probably
need a few syringes to really fill in what an implant can do and is temporary. Below is a link to a

Literally a minute ago, I finished widening and contouring the face of a woman with a particularly narrow lower face. The entire procedure took about twenty minutes and the reaction was an immediate "Wow!" when the patient looked in the mirror. MariaYou have a very pretty face with gorgeous full lips. If you do anything, go conservative, with something like Juvederm plus, which is not permanent, so if you don't like the look, your wont be stuck with it. Be careful, because aggressive treatment may change a very attractive balance that you already possess. If you want to achieve the best result to widen your narrow lower face and achieve a better defined jawline, you should consider Jawline implants. It is an easy operation in the right hands, quick, longterm results. If you don't like it, they can be taken out even easier. For my money, one of the best surgeons in the country for facial implants, please consider Dr. Joseph Niamtu in Virginia. Fillers are injected in the wrong space to correct a facial skeletal deficiency. Implants are made to correct skeletal problems, fillers for soft tissue deficit. Your problem is skeletal.

Facial augmentation is best done with either Sculptra or Voluma.  if you are only looking to add volume to the lower face I would recommend Sculptra.  Sculptra adds volume to the face by helping the body produce new collagen.  The effects will last two years but will take several treatments to gradually get the desired natural looking results.  Please consult a board certified dermatologist with experience in cosmetic injections for the best results.

I do see your concern.  Yes, I would place some filler to shape the cheek area.  Women are very youthful and feminine when they have soft, round, 'apple' cheeks.  It appears  your chin is a bit weak.  Having an anatomical chin implant or fillers to shape the lower face will help.  This is something aesthetic surgeons do everyday.  Using an HA such as Perlane or Juvederm can give you the shape you are looking for!

the frontal image shows it the best; the face has a 'V" shape contour; increasing the fullness of the jawline will help. mandibular implants of a limited size will help/customized is ideal. This would change the face shape to the 'model/actress' you admire. Fillers can be used but they need to be redone yearly; and the long term cost is greater.
