I've always had a round chubby face but recently my cheeks have hollowed and begun to sag. I'm not overweight and have already had fillers in my cheeks to try and soften the Jowl but they are still quite obvious. What are the best treatments to get rid of jowls?

A facelift and necklift would be the best option for you.  Once jowling occurs, a facelift is the treatment.
