I don't have the smallest nose and would like to get a non surgical nose job with the help of fillers. I was wondering which filler would be the best option for me: Juvederm or Stylage? I would like a long lasting and beautiful result

Answer: Non surgical nose job based on my 20 years of doing non surgical nose job first and foremost experience and thorough knowledge of nasal anatomy is very critical for this procedure. Not everyone is qualified to do this procedure. Second I would not recommend Juvederm products in this area as to your question. Thank you for a very good question.

Answer: I recommend prefer a thinner filler for safety reasons. First and foremost - safety should always be the first consideration. There is a remote risk of blindness and vascular occlusion if injected into a blood vessel. Due to the limited blood supply in this area it should only be performed by experienced injectors who are able to reverse potential blindness with a retrobulbar injection of hyaluronidase. I do have experience doing it and if we were to do it - I would recommend using a thin filler such as Restylane while using our Accuvein infra-red vein finder as a safety precaution. I would encourage you to do more research and test whatever practice you visit to see if they even bring up the dangers of this injection as many places are quick to treat without reviewing all the risks involved.
