Fat transfer to hips in LA or Orange County?

Question

Hello, I wanted to know of surgeons in the LA or Orange County area that would perform a conservation Brazilian Butt lift. My problem areas are my hip dips. I do not want to change my butt or get huge hips. I have a slight hip dip that makes my butt look rather square:/ Also, what would the cost of this procedure be considering that I only want to contour my hips.

Fat transfer may be a very reasonable choice based upon your description and goals. Photos would be helpful in determining if you have areas of fat that be harvested and transferred to the buttock. Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is what's most important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I combine with Sculptra (depending on area) to improve final results. Cost will vary due to skills, expertise and technique. It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price. Lateral buttock depressions can be softened and filled with autologous fat as long as adequate donor volume is available.  Meet with a plastic surgeon familiar with BBL in your area  for a face to face evaluation and recommendation for treatment.
