Fat transfer to hips in LA or Orange County?

I literally do this procedure for this concern every single day.  This is a common concern among women I see in my practice and treat routinely.  It is a nice procedure performed without need for general anesthesia whatsoever and takes around an hour to perform.  

Fat transfer may be a very reasonable choice based upon your description and goals. Photos would be helpful in determining if you have areas of fat that be harvested and transferred to the buttock. Typically 50% of the fat that is transferred obtains permanence so you may need more than one fat transfer to completely fill the hollow space.  Cost will vary based upon geographical location, experience, training, and demand for the surgeon.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Keep in mind, fat transfer technique is what's most important for successful fat transfer. I recommend water-assisted fat harvesting which gives pure fat to transfer and combine with platelet rich plasma (PRP) to get the most viable and sustainable fat cells. I combine with Sculptra (depending on area) to improve final results. Cost will vary due to skills, expertise and technique. Dear raquel006,the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price. Lateral buttock depressions can be softened and filled with autologous fat as long as adequate donor volume is available.  Meet with a plastic surgeon familiar with BBL in your area  for a face to face evaluation and recommendation for treatment.
