Answer: Facial Fat Grafting Reversal -- 5FU/Steroid, Kybella, Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra, Ultherapy/Thermage; avoid facial liposuction there are not a significant number of options to reverse fat injections but kyeblla with 5fu/steroids often works in localized safe areas of the face. I suggest you see an expert. You should be getting weekly venus legacy or exilis ultra facials to get the most improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Kybella for facial fat Sorry to hear that you have this concern. The reason that kybella injections were initially recommended for the central neck and not the lateral neck is that injection of the substance and the resulting inflammation were noted to have some transient but concerning effects on the local nerves. Consequently, it would be unwise to inject kybella to address facial fat grafts for fear that it could affect other facial nerves. As you may be aware, sometimes the effects from fat grafting can be reduced by selective injection of kenalog and 5 FU. As my colleagues have pointed out, there are some surgical procedures that can remove some of the grafts. Seek out an expert with considerable experience, and best of luck.
