I had coolsculpting 2 yrs ago using 4 applicators and got hyperplasia in all four areas where the applicators were. I've tried ZWave, Vanquish, and Sculpsure to help get rid of it and nothing has worked. I'm trying to get Coolsculpting to pay for liposuction but it's a struggle. I'm wondering if Kybella would dissolve the fat?
Answer: Kybella for Hyperplasia Kybella is not a treatment solution for hyperplasia related to CoolSculpting. Hyperplasia needs to be assessed by your plastic surgeon and liposuction needs to be performed to fully correct the issue.

Answer: Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia Kybella will not be effective for paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH). The hyperplastic areas are very fibrotic and difficult to treat even with liposuction. You should have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon as you will likely need liposuction.

Answer: Improving Paradoxical Hyperplasia--VASER HI DEF 4D Liposculpture, ThermiRF, fat grafting No, the best way to improve hyperplasia is with a high definition procedure. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a hi definition physique expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Kybella for hyperplasia following Coolsculpting Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear of your complications from Coolsculpting. Kybella would not be successful at treating the hyperplasia that resulted from your Coolsculpting treatments. This tends to be very fibrotic and is best dealt with a form of liposuction that works well in fibrotic areas such as Tickle Lipo and Vaser Lipo. Following your liposuction, Z wave treatments would be good for dealing with some of the fibrotic issues that may result.I wish you the best - Dr. Moore.
