I'm 26 and I feel like my face is really sagging. Cheeks are empty and really low, and eyebrows are also low while forehead is extremely large. I've tried fillers but it makes my face look puffy and swollen for months. I just want to look my age. Would facelift be something that can solve this?
Answer: Facelift There is absolutely nothing wrong with your face. But you will find no shortage of doctors willing to take your money and do things that are not necessary.. and it can really add up to a lot of money over time. You have a very attractive face. Don’t let anybody touch it

Answer: How to address aging symptoms at a young age: Know your treatment options Hello, thank you for your question. While a facelift can target many signs of aging, it is not your only option and not typically recommended for younger patients. For your age, there may still be minimally-invasive options that can help you look more youthful. A liquid facelift is a great option that uses a combination of Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, and other injectables. It can treat a range of needs, including droopy eyebrows, volume loss, low cheekbones, jowl formation, jawline contouring, and more. Keep in mind that these treatments aren't surgery, but they do require a great deal of precision, skill, and artistry to produce the best results. Make sure you work with an injector who has the qualifications and experience to ensure an optimal outcome. You may also benefit from facial treatments like RF microneedling, or chemical feels for rejuvenated skin. Working with a board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injection expert is critical for proper injection placement and natural results.

Answer: Wait on the facelift Hello! I do not think a full facelift is not needed for you. However, I do have some options that can help improve your situation. Firstly, you could benefit from buccal fat removal. This would help take down some of the puffiness in your lower cheeks and lift some of the jowling. Secondly, jawline liposculpting would also help to reduce more of the jowling and creating more definition along your jawline. Third, you may consider cheek implants. These will provide more contour to your face, as well as lifting and tightening some of the skin. These procedures could all be done at the same time, meaning only one recovery. There are also non-surgical treatments such a microneedling with RF that will help to tighten and tone skin. That combined with some smaller surgical procedures would help to achieve your desired look.

Answer: Facelift and Browlift After reviewing your pictures and looking at the effects of pulling your skin up, I believe for you the best possible procedure would be a Face and Brow lift combined. There is a procedure that people recognise as the ponytail Facelift, which will help you achieve your goals. Alternatively, there are some non-surgical procedures such as radiofrequency technology to tighten the skin. Furthermore, threading can be an option, but the effects would not last for more than one year.

Answer: Facial Slimming and Lifting Thank you for your question! As we get older, facial aging can cause our skin to become more lax/droop. Based on your pictures provided, achieving a slimmer and more lifted facial appearance is achievable! The best way to tackle the "double-chin" a lot of people struggle with would be to remove the excess fullness. This can be done with liposuction to the neck/jowls. Once the extra volume has been taken down, there may be loose skin depending on the patient. Neck and Jowl liposuction can also be combined with a Necklift/Facelift to get rid of any excess skin. It is important to find a provider who is qualified and knowledgeable in these procedures to ensure best results. Your physician should do a full facial evaluation, understand your goals, and provide the best treatment plan to get to your desired results.

Answer: Do I need a Facelift? I see from your photos that you do have a heavier lower face resulting in premature jowl formation. As I’m sure you are aware, this is something you inherited genetically. In terms of undergoing a facelift, you are on the younger end of needing a Facelift. I would recommend undergoing liposuction and likely a lower and mid face thread lift. I would recommend a Silhouette InstaLift, as this is stronger than some of the other thread lifts such as PDO threads. Hope this helps?
