Age 24, male - how can I get back my old face after fast weight loss ruined it? (Photos)

Question

(24M) I used to have a very aesthetic face, well defined and sharp. Two years ago I gained 20kg (44lbs) due to meds. Then I lost that 20kg in one month because of an illness. Now I weight the same as I used to but my face doesn't look as sharp and young as before. Is there any way to get my old face back?? Last 3 photos It's me right now. The first ones are prior to weight loss.

The best option at this moment are non surgical treatment, due to your age there Is laxity in the skin and the issue is that the change in weight there is a new regrouping of the fat. I suggest to combine 2 technology Ultherapy and Fixer to generate more elasticity and improve facial definition. Combined with Radiesse to define make the mandibular boarders mor sharp again. Thank you for your question! As we get older, facial aging can cause our skin to become more lax/droop. Weight loss and gain can also contribute to these issues. Based on your pictures provided, achieving a slimmer and tighter facial appearance is achievable! This can be done with liposuction to the face/neck/jowls. Once the extra volume has been taken down, there may be loose skin depending on the patient. Liposuction can also be combined with a Necklift/Facelift to get rid of any excess skin if the physician you choose feels the skin may not retract on its own. This varies per patient/anatomy/age. It is important to find a provider who is qualified and knowledgeable in these procedures to ensure best results. Your physician should do a full facial evaluation, understand your goals, and provide the best treatment plan to get to your desired results.
