Extreme facial asymmetry. What are my options? (Photo)

ollien1818
The right side of my face is considerably more forward than my left. My left side sits further back almost as though its sliding off of my face. The right side of my face is wider and the jawline looks considerably longer than the left side, however my chin is in fact central to my face. My right cheekbone is higher and far more defined. My chin looks stronger on my right as well. My left side looks as though it slopes away at a far steeper angle than my right side ! What are my options ?
