Would I be a candidate for mandibular angle implant?

I don't like the shape of my face. I feel it is too narrow and makes my face asymmetrical. I am wondering what would be the best option for me to fix my problem? I feel my midface looks too long because of the length of my chin and bottom half of my face.

Thank you for your pictures.  Pictures to determine if you need a mandibular advancement specifically need to show the teeth from a side view which is difficult to obtain.  Based on some subtleties that I notice you may be a candidate for a mandibular advancement which can will improve your chin aesthetics.  See out a  surgeon dually boarded in oral & maxillofacial surgery and plastic surgery or a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon

The best way to determine if jaw angle implants will improve your facial shape is to have some computer imaging done. This will show if adding width to the lower third of your face is aesthetically beneficial. The pictures needed for computer imaging must be non-smiling since that causes a facial distortion that interferes with creating the images.
