Can deviated septum (mouth breathing during sleep) cause acne and perioral dermatitis?

Can deviated septum (mouth breathing during sleep -- the only DS symptom I have) cause acne and perioral dermatitis? Or those two conditions are unrelated and should be treated separately. Thank you.
