3 Years after Rhinoplasty I hit my nose, could this damage it?

I had a revision rhinoplasty to get rid of a huge humpand it has been 3 yrs since the procedure.Recently i got hit by an onion on my right side of tip.My nose has swelled and there is some pain.The onion was small and light still i m afraid of any damage.There was tip work done...Alar grafts probably.I cant meet my doctor as i am in another country.Any help would be appreciated

Hi    In short, yes it has been lowered to much. The tip looks a bit rounded and bulbous as well. The good news is that fixing it would not be difficult for an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon. Good Luck Dr C
