Unless you notice a change in the contour, and if it is as minimal as touching the skin, it shouldn't cause a problem.  However, if you are concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon.  In any case, try to be hyper-aware and protective of your nose for the first 4-6 weeks of healing after your surgery.

You did not say when your surgery was done.   Follow up with your surgeon for an evaluation to confirm no damage was done.
