Im scheduled for explant in a week, Im reading other women experiences with explants and Im wondering WHY so many have ended up with very uneven, deformed breast?? Many have had removal of C/C. Is it because too much native breast tissue was removed? Some also had saline implants. I'm very worried I'm gong to end up like that also. I dont have hard implants. Never had any problems, saline, over muscle. Should I insist on a simple explant no capsulectomy, since my breast are soft. Thank you.

Unfortunately, your breast will not likely "fluff up" following removal of the implants unless you have a significant weight change. However, your breast skin may contract in time (resulting in an approved appearance).This depends on your age and skin elasticity.
