Can I get close to my old nose back? It looks like I have no bridge or tip to my nose now (Photo)

I really dislike my rhinoplasty. It's been over 7 months since I had surgery. I think too much was done to my nose. Do you think it would be possible to get it close to how it was before sugery if the bridge is raised, the sutures are removed from the the tip, the spreader grafts are removed, and if alot of cartilage is added back to the tip? Thank you. I am really worried b/c I can't live with it like this
