I am looking to achieve better looking eyes. My eyes right now make me look tired and have been one of my weaker features. In the first two photos, you'll notice my eyes. The next two photos are models that have what I would like to achieve. Their eyes make them appear much more youthful, awake, and are overall more aesthetic in my opinion. Would a canthoplasty and some form of lower eyelid surgery achieve results close to their eyes?

Agree that these are NOT festoons. You would be a good candidate for filler to address the volume deficiency. You would also be a good candidate for skin resurfacing to address pigmentation and texture changes. I recommend you see an eyelid or facial expert in your area to address...
