Can a doctor create the Bella Hadid eyebrow lift with real surgery instead of an eyebrow thread lift? (Photos)

Question

I have seen that with the eyebrow thread lift a ‘Bella hadid’ effect can be created. See foto below. I am 30 and start to have minor saggy of eyelids and brows. Used to model, my eyes are almond shaped from itself but as aging this effect is getting less and less. I do not need/want canthoplasy a minor corner eyebrow lift where to eyebrow is not only pulled upwards but more sidewards will give the right effect. With threads this is possible but not permanent. Can I get the effect with surgery?

Yes with a lateral ( temporal brow lift combined in an upper blepharoplasty incision for access you can get the desired effect.   However it is important to not try too hard.   Your eyes are obviously attractive and it would be a mistake to make them too stylizied.

The same procedure done on two sisters will have different outcomes based on individual factors. Based on these photos it is impossible to answer your question in a meaningful way. There are limits how much can be changed with surgery, in particular aesthetic surgery.  Patient's anatomy (position of eyebrows, shape of eyes, size of bonny orbit, height and shape of forehead, symmetry, skin and muscle tone) ultimately determine your surgery result more than a skill of the surgeon. Thank you for your photos. You can have the same effect with surgery or possibly with botox injections since you do not want as dramatic as an effect as shown. It is best to have an in-office evaluation to determine which technique will get you the result you are looking for. Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles at rest.  The goals of the eyebrow lift procedure are to lift low set eyebrows which is not the case in these photographs presented.  In addition to raising the eyebrows, a brow lift also can adjust asymmetry of the eyebrows, lengthen or shorten the forehead based on the incision placement, and soften the corrugator and frontalis wrinkles of the forehead.

A subtle elevation of the lateral brow (from a lateral temporal brow lift) can produce a more natural  better cosmetic result and longer lasting than a thread lift. Keep in mind, that following the advice

Browlift surgery can be modified to have a lateral pull providing you with a similar result.
