Hello can you please advice an effective laser treatment to remove Broken capillaries on eyelids and blue veins around the eye area!Is it EXCEL V by Cutera effective and safe to perform on this delicate area,with the right eye protection? is it dangerous ?Any particular risks ?Any topical creams?thanks

There is always swelling with the Excel V laser treatments. It will not affect tear trough or fat. Perhaps some topical steroids will be helpful.
