I have 34C breasts that feel like at great just need more fat on top to fill them out I'm curious on pricing I know I'll most likely have to go for two rounds to go up a full cup and be obsessed with my results Looking for surgeons anywhere in the SoCal area

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
•	If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
•	If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
•	If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
•	To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants
You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

At size 34 C, each 100 cc of fat corresponds to 1 cup size change. However, not all of the fat survives. You will need 150 cc of fat for 100 cc to survive. This takes about 1 hour to perform under general anesthesia and costs $6,000.

Keep in mind that even direct placement of fat in the upper poles will not give the same kind of contour as a breast implant. Call my office for pricing.

This is a procedure that we performed a lot in our practice. Patients are comfortable on oral medications and fully numbed with local anesthesia. Over separate sessions, fat is sculpted from areas such as the arms, abdomen, flanks, waist, hips, back, thighs, and knees and then transferred to the breasts. The upper pole and cleavage are typically big focus points. If there is plenty of donor fat then we address all aspects of the breast.  Come check us out.
