Breast fat transfer with lift - Good option for areola reduction, asymmetry concerns and cleavage? (photo)

Question

As you can see, I have small tuberous breasts. I don't want implants, so both surgeons I consulted recommended a breast fat transfer alongside a lift and areola reduction. I weigh 58kg (128pounds) at 171cm (5'7) and they said they wouldn't get much fat grafted since there is no area with excess. Do you believe I am a good candidate, will I see an improvement? I want them to appear closer and I want a small areola and maybe symmetry

Fat transfer allows for precise volume adjustments to each breast. So if one is smaller, flatter, or shaped differently, your surgeon can add more fat to that side for a better match—something implants alone don’t always fix as well.

Fat can be injected in the medial (inner) breast to soften and enhance cleavage—particularly helpful if you don’t naturally have much volume there or if you want a fuller, more youthful look.

I think fat transfer is a great idea. A vertical (lollipop) lift will also help with shape and a smaller, round areola. As far as volume, I would bet you will get enough for a significant enhancement.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. It can also be very effective in correcting the size and shape of the breasts due to genetic problems such as tuberous breast or Poland Syndrome, two conditions that look like misshapen or underdeveloped breasts.
In addition, the following scenarios are also reason to consider breast fat grafting:
•	If you have chest areas that appear creased and sunken
•	If you desire more permanent correction than is provided by temporary fillers
•	If you wish to improve your body contour, revise scars, fill bodily depressions and rejuvenate the natural curve of your breasts
•	To fill in contour irregularities or hide obvious signs of breast implants
You should discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon and make sure your surgeon understands your concerns and your breast augmentation goals. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

HelloVolume asymmetry can be reduced with fat injection. The areola can be reduced with periareolar excision. However, achieving closer breasts with periareolar mastopexy and fat injection alone is not very feasible. You have a tuberous breast structure. A combination of mastopexy, breast implants, and fat injection is needed.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. The areolas can be reduced to the size you desire. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

I would start with the lift and areolar reduction and then do the fat transfer later. If you do not have enough donor fat, AlloClae is donor fat that is available. with your anatomy, you will not have deep cleavage. the bases of your breasts cannot be moved.  Implants do a better job of reshaping tuberous breasts than fat.
