Botox eyelid ptosis four months ago. No complete resolution yet

Botox generally lasts 3-4 months and your treatment was a relatively small dose, so it is unusual that you would still be having issues.  I recommend returning to your injector for an evaulation as he/she is most familiar with specifically where the product was injected.  Could it be that you had some ptosis prior to treatment?

A couple of thoughts on your post.  I have no information where your provider placed the Botox in order to give you the brow lift but that could be the first issue.   One thought is that is a relatively small amount of Botox to have caused that many issues.  It also seems like a long time for the Botox to still have that effect given the amount that was injected.  It is certainly possible to have these kinds of issues but if it has persisted this long I would have your injector evaluate you for other issues related to your eyelids or even your response to Botox as these could be the underlying reasons for your appearance.
