Spock eyebrows after first time using Botox - when will it correct? Don't tell me 3-4 months.

First time botox user. Its been 4 days since my injections and i now have a droopy middle brow "spok eyebrows". Will this settle? I got my crows feet and forehead wrinkles done. Im pretty sure I only got 15 units. When will it start to wear off? These spok eyebrows are killing me! Should i expect it to readjust after 3 weeks? I need a time frame!

At your age, botox or dysport would be the way to go to relax the muscle. Another approach, usually employed for older patients with a "witch chin" would be a submental (under the chin) incision and partial removal or tightening of the muscle (which I would not recommend for you).

Thanks for your question.Botox cannot be removed. The effects of small doses used to day in clinical medicine typically lasts 3 to 4 months. I suggest you see a specialist in you country about your concerns.....Good luck. Dr. ALDO

Hello Kat.You had a low dose and if this was done high in the forehead then it's less likely to cause a drop in the eyebrow. A physical examination of the area with careful assessment of your tissue elasticity can be done before the injection to assess your overall risk of eyebrow drop.Good ...
