After telling my nurse my concerns about the deep dent in my back, she simple said it was a result of swelling and it would go down. However the line hasn't reduced! Is there a specific reason why this dent is there? What could my surgeon have done wrong? What procedure can I do to correct this!

I suggest speaking to your physician or getting a GI doctor to look at you for an evaluation to ensure there is no reflux or fungal issue due to antibiotic use. The liposuction it self cannot cause this. Best, Dr. Emer.
In my humble opinion, the lower back and the inner thighs are usually the most painful areas following liposuction. The level of pain is less if the deepest fat that lays on the surface of the muscles is avoided, but my patients usually desire maximal fat removal.
