I have never seen filler migrate on the nasal tip, but it is possible theoretically if you use a filler that is not particulate or doesn't hold its shape.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The answer is rhinoplasty.  Fillers in the nose are only useful for minor depressions and irregularities.  Only in certain patients can fillers be used to "straighter out a bump".  This is done by injecting above the bump to give the illusion that the profile is straight. ...

This maybe able to be treated with fillers, I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.
