A lot Drs ask you to gain weight for BBL even if you have enough fat for it. Why do they ask you to gain extra weight when you can only transfer around 4/5 litres and you have more than 4/5 litres on your body? I also see some BBL surgery where it looks like more than 4/5 litres is transferred, so do they do more than one operation or is there different rules regarding lipo and BBL?

Different recovery protocols are present for different patients. On average patients may sit with a BBL pillow as early as 2 weeks. It is not advised to sit on the buttock directly without a BBL pillow for 4-8 weeks; meaning your recovery depends on the amount of fat removed...
